These Seller Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all individuals or entities (“Sellers”) who list products for sale on acc2sale.com after passing our Know Your Vendor (KYV) verification. By registering and listing items, you agree to follow these Terms and accept legal responsibility for all listings, transactions, and communications made through our platform.

1. ✅ KYV Verification Requirement

• Sellers must pass our KYV verification before accessing listing capabilities.
• KYV includes identity checks, contact verification, and product legitimacy assessment.
• Falsified documentation or misleading data will result in permanent ban.

2. 🛍️ Listing Rules and Product Accuracy

• All listings must be accurate, honest, and reflect the product being sold.
• Fake, stolen, or misrepresented game accounts, IDs, or digital assets are strictly prohibited.
• Sellers must clearly specify region, server, game credentials, and asset details.

3. 🔒 Seller Responsibilities

By listing items, sellers agree to:

• Ensure full ownership and transfer rights to the product.
• Maintain availability and timely response to fulfillment and buyer inquiries.
• Guarantee delivery within stated timeframes.
• Avoid deceptive practices, bait-and-switch offers, or inflated claims.
• Not engage in multi-listing the same item across accounts.

4. 🚫 Prohibited Actions

Sellers may not:

• List or promote unauthorized, banned, or hacked game accounts.
• Tamper with buyer accounts, credentials, or delivery channels.
• Demand off-platform payments or communication.
• Attempt to defraud, mislead, or deceive buyers.
• Re-sell previously flagged or refunded items.

5. 🧾 Commission and Payment

• acc2sale.com retains a percentage commission from every successful transaction (rate disclosed in the seller dashboard).
• Sellers receive payouts only after order fulfillment and buyer confirmation.
• Payouts may be delayed for fraud checks or refund disputes.

6. 🛡️ Dispute and Refund Handling

• Sellers must cooperate with support teams during disputes.
• Refunds issued to buyers due to faulty delivery will be deducted from seller revenue.
• Sellers found repeatedly violating product integrity will be removed from the platform permanently.

7. 🔐 Security & Data Protection

• Sellers must not store or misuse buyer data.
• All communication must be confined to secure platform channels.
• Sellers agree to periodic audit and monitoring of their account activities.

8. 📈 Performance Monitoring

• Seller accounts are evaluated based on:
  • Delivery speed
  • Product accuracy
  • Buyer satisfaction
  • Dispute rate
• Low-performing sellers may be suspended or asked to improve.

9. 🛑 Account Suspension & Removal

acc2sale.com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently remove sellers for:

• Violations of these terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or unsafe behavior
• Legal or community standard breaches

10. ⚖️ Legal and Compliance

• Sellers are responsible for ensuring listings comply with regional laws and game publisher policies.
• acc2sale.com is not liable for illegal listings or copyright infringements made by sellers.
• Breaches may be reported to law enforcement if necessary.

11. 📜 Amendments

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued listing or sales activity indicates acceptance of any changes.
