1. 🎮 Digital Product Nature

All products sold on acc2sale.com—game top-ups, gift cards, social media services, and game accounts—are non-tangible digital items. Once delivered or activated, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. 📦 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:

  • The product was not delivered due to a technical error.
  • The activation code or account ID was invalid or faulty upon delivery.
  • The service was not rendered as described (e.g. wrong top-up amount or incorrect product).
  • A duplicate transaction occurred due to a payment system error.

3. ⛔ Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • The product has been successfully delivered and used.
  • The user changes their mind after delivery.
  • Game bans or suspensions resulting from actions outside our control.
  • Incorrect input provided by the user (e.g. wrong game ID, email, region).

To request a refund, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the transaction. Provide the following:

  • Screenshot or description of the issue
